Who do you coach?

I coach experienced professionals in the marketing/advertising industries to be the leader they want to be in their career and in their life.

For you that could mean improving your leadership stance, determining what’s next in your career, learning new ways to integrate your work and personal lives or all of the above.

Our coaching can help you gain clarity on what you want, clear the obstacles in your path, and get to the place you want to be with greater ease and less stress.

What is your coaching approach?

My coaching philosophy is similar to writing a marketing plan:

  • Understand your situation.
  • Create your strategy.
  • Identify your tactics.

My approach focuses on understanding your current situation through your mindset, perspectives, beliefs to uncover what’s holding you back and what strengths, talents, and experiences you want to leverage most. Then we can uncover where you’re headed and what you really want to create your strategy.

Your tactics naturally flow from your strategy, just like your marketing plans.

What’s the time commitment?

What you put into it is what you’ll get out of it! I recommend a one-time first meeting that is 90 minutes long to “jump start” our work together and create expectations of each other. After that, I recommend meeting about twice a month for 50 minutes each session. This allows us to build momentum and give you time in between to reflect and take action.

The number of sessions you’ll need is dependent on your goals and your situation. Plan on a minimum of 4 months coaching together, as the work we do requires space to reflect and time to create new habits. The time investment is truly up to you and we co-create to fit your busy life.

Outside our sessions, you’ll most likely have “homework” and “next steps” to complete. The more you engage with the exercises, homework, and reflection outside our calls, the faster you’ll reach your goals.

What is my expected investment?

Coaching is an investment in yourself: your personal growth, your happiness, and a commitment to reaching your big goals. When you agree to coach with me, you are committing to change and an ongoing partnership. This partnership can be as long or as short as you want; we design it together.
